  4. English language certificate valid as of the date of application (if possible)
  5. Criminal Record Certificate (for Turkish candidates only)
  6. Military Service Certificate (for Turkish male candidates only)
  7. Certificate of Residence
  8. Undergraduate Transcript (for other languages, Turkish or English translation approved by a notary public or Turkish Foreign Representations)
  9. Undergraduate Diploma approved by a notary public (in other languages, Turkish or English translation approved by a notary public or Turkish Foreign Representatives)
  10. Receipt of the fee payment

(*) The original or a certified copy of the document must be submitted. If there is no valid document, it is required to submit the original or a certified copy of the document stating that the application for Diploma Equivalence Certificate or School Recognition Certificate has been made to the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Anyone of these documents must be submitted by the end of the first semester; otherwise, the student is expelled from the University.
